If you are new to Pilates or new to our studio, begin with our Fundamentals classes. These introduce core movements, equipment safety, and proper form.
To get started, simply select & purchase a Membership Option, then click “Book a Class” on our website to reserve your spot.
Or, you can always set up a Private if you have injuries or restrictions.

We recommend:
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Grip socks (required)
• Water bottle
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

We require a 6-hour cancellation window.
If you cancel within 6 hours, you will not lose the class, but you will be charged a $15 late-cancel fee.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
New clients should arrive 10 minutes early so we can introduce you to the equipment and studio layout.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not offer childcare, and children may not remain in the studio during adult classes unless participating in a designated youth session.
